Rain Drop Creations offers beautiful and original pieces of handmade jewellery made with love and inspired by the colours of the natural Irish landscape. Hello everybody, welcome to my Fb page dedicated to my small jewellery business, Rain Drop Creations!
My name is Diletta, I am Italian and I live in Ireland since 7 years. I came in Erasmus to Galway and I practically never left, completely enchanted by this amazing country.
I am currently finishing a PhD in Latin American Studies at the National University of Galway, focusing on Chile and the Chilean writer Isabel Allende.
I started making jewellery mostly for myself, to create that perfect pair of earrings and that perfect necklace that you always need in order to match them with your clothes. I absolutely LOVE colours and in this way I could always bring a bit of sunshine and summer with me, even in the cloudiest Irish day.
At Rain Drop Creations you can find chunky coloured necklaces and funky earrings made with bee waxed cord, silver sterling findings and above all many different beads that I choose carefully online from all over the world.
All the material is first quality and each piece is unique!
I seem to have a predilection for Tagua Nut beads coming from South America and coloured Resin beads, but I use for my creations all sorts of materials: ceramic, glass, wood, matte seeds, acai seeds, terracotta ....
I will also start to make MY OWN BEADS very soon!!
I also do REPAIRS and CUSTOM ORDERS! Nothing makes me more happy than creating pieces exactly as my customers have dreamt them!
