The Connacht Property Auction held their last public auction event of the year yesterday evening, in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction team sold an impressive 15 out of the 16 properties offered, giving them a 94% sold rate. The results gave the auction team their best result of the year leaving them at an 87% sold rate over the course of this year! One of the most attractive Lots was a 4 bed property located just outside Headford village. Slieveroe was sold in partnership with Emma Gill Property Partners and generated a large number of viewings in the lead up to the auction event. After over 25 bids the hammer fell and the house was sold for €225,000 to a delighted bidder. The Connacht Property Auction are continuing to take entries for their online auctions which are ongoing while they have further public auction events planned in 2017. The company have plans for 5 public auction dates next year, with the first to take place on the 16th February.
