Our exciting retail and residential development at Carolyn House, Croydon has started on site with award winning practices @StaceLLP @LiamRussellArchitects. The development will consist of the strip out and partial internal demolition of the existing building and the conversion of the existing office block to residential accommodation with retail space on the ground and part first floors. The design will also include the construction of a 6 storey extension to the existing roof, together with improvements to associated external works, drainage and mains services.

Great News! Athlone Business School has been shortlisted for fit-out project of the year in the RIAI Awards and also features in the Public Choice Award for Building of the Year 2017.

Hope House, Bath Work is well underway on our new project Hope House in Bath with Acorn Property Group. The project comprises the development of a former school site which will require a mixture of new build and refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed building with construction works which will deliver 54 units in total.
