With the GAA season upon us, it is very important to continue your strengthening exercises. Decrease in strength is a risk factor for muscle injury. As mentioned in our previous blog http://www.excelphysio.ie/suffer-groin-pain/ The Copenhagen adductor exercise increases adductor strength by 35% during the playing season. This may decrease your risk of an in season adductor injury.
