#transformationtuesday Exactly 3years between these pics. Feel like I'm only getting started! I eat more food now and it's better balanced. There are no restrictions 🍦 as such.. unless we are prepping for a show and that includes alcohol from time to time🍻 😏. I Lift more and do less cardio, .....BUT all of these factors mean zilch without CONSISTENCY.. which is sometimes the tricky bit to nail but discipline can be learned through trial and error. Got a fit for a conditioning circuit today. I love it but currently doing nothing other than strength, hiit and liss cardio so missing it a bit. What seemed like a great idea though didn't go as brilliantly as planned 😂My energy levels have plummeted rapidly over the last few days so just going through the motions for another two weeks. Confident and excited to bring a better physique and more experience to the stage this year. As always post workout was oats n some whey 😴😴 Only brought one meal with me as I had planned a late session after work but with a change in schedule I managed to squeeze in an earlier session Luckily I had a small pouch of whey left at work and picked up some Organic Quick Oats at the shop(which contain barely any sugar unlike the red packet Quick Oats which contain almost 7g per pot 😮) but if I had no whey it was just as easy pick up a single serving salad bowl and tin of tuna or chicken! With so much food all around us it IS easy to make the right choice even on the go 👣 💡Learning how to be flexible through adapting to those days when you're not organised or prepared or maybe you were but the day took a different path is another key factor to staying on track with fitness and nutrition. No matter how organised or dedicated you are, life always has different plans in store. Roll with the punches and then figure out your next swing 👊 #laurabennislovefitness...
