Carroll Estate Agents was founded in 1972. The company was originally founded by Jim Carroll and his brother Gerry (who has since retired). Having its roots in humble beginnings, it started out in a small first floor premises at The Demesne and within a short time moved its operation to its current address, a prominent two storey corner building on Stapleton Drive.
The business has gone from strength to strength and grown into a highly successful sales organisation catering for all aspects of the property business. The company is a Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and in 1999 joined Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide. As a member of Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide, they are part of a national network of like-minded agents with a long track record of success. They can offer countrywide exposure to the client's property.
