When where your company policies last updated Has this been updated since your last employment law update? Moving on into the session our consultants will discuss main pointers and give advice around Managing absences – ideas and suggestions on how to pro-actively manage this. Again, ensuring your policy around this ties in with current legislation. Then further on we will discuss procedures of dealing with Disciplinary and grievances in the workplace.
