Mum and Baby Sanctuary
Description
At the Mum & Baby Sanctuary we offer Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga & Infant Massage Classes. We also provide Active Birth and Breastfeeding Workshops. Practicing prenatal yoga is a great way of preparing your mind and body for birth. Gentle stretches and adapted exercises will allow you to build stamina during the course of your pregnancy, while the relaxation session at the end will teach you how to calm your mind in preparation for labour. Postnatal yoga way to help your body get back to your pre-pregnant fitness level while Baby Yoga & Baby Massage Classes provide the skills needed to calm and relax your newborn baby as well as creating the perfect opportunity to meet other new Mums. Breastfeeding workshops and consultations are available also. Active Birth & New Parent Workshops are run on a monthly and provide lots of tips and information on what to expect in labour an as a new parent.
