Unlike the milky long drink known to norther latitude, this is a dense, delightful shot of the best - really best - chocolate powder you can find on the market. Few people know that the economic power of Italy is built on hundreds of districts specialised in products. Touching on Chocolate, Piemonte alone boasts over 110 chocolate production companies. Based on the high quality of ingredients, chocolate there gets coupled with first class hazelnuts cultivated in Piemonte, pistacchio di Bronte, from Sicily. Our chocolate only use cocoa butter (and not vegetable oils) and invariably sticks to the 70% cocoa content. Here, Italy made of chocolate, at Eurochocolate trade show.
