I trained with Jay for 12 weeks starting in February 2016.I found Jay absolutely brilliant during the course of the 12 weeks. He is extremely personable and personally invests himself in his clients.Not only is Jay responsive to emails and messages but he also sent me daily inspirational messages which motivated me when I needed it.I struggled with some different exercises at times and rather than move onto something new, Jay persevered and even sent me videos to ensure I knew the exact positioning of my body when attempting the exercises.Unfortunately I injured myself while training on my own and luckily Jay was able to put his knowledge in sports therapy to use.
