I am fully qualified in:
NEFPC internationally recognised
EQF personal training level 4
EQF personal training level 3
EQF group instruction level 3

I am also qualified in classes such as Ryde (spin), TRX (suspension training), FLYE yoga, pump and sculpt, pilates and many more, which you will find me teaching around the gym!

I specialise in fat/weight loss, toning/shaping up, through a mixture of weight training, cardio, nutritional advice and personalised macro nutrient plans to suit all levels of fitness. My aim is to push and motivate you through every session to get you to where you want to be! I will be with you every step of the way to offer any support or guidance you may need.

So my journey in Fbt is coming to an end🙁 Am going to miss all my gym fam and clients so much but change is good and I'm so excited to move onto a new adventure😁 Since I haven't and will not be able to take on any new clients for transformation packages.. For any new or past clients I will be doing pay as you go PT sessions for just €20 per hour!!!!! (usually €35) 😱 Don't let Christmas ruin all your hard earned progress.. If you are going to eat all the food and drink all the drink.. at least keep your training on track somewhat☺️😂 If you are looking for a programme to do by yourself in the gym, or just to get a few good hard training sessions in before Christmas I am now taking bookings for the the next 2 weeks up until the 16th of December only 💪🏽 It will be a first come first serve basis and there are limited slots available! 💕

Anyone asking for the protein pancake recipe🙋🏽 Had this post workout, loads of protein and some good carbs 😍 🥞 1 large ripe banana 🥞1 scoop of whey protein 🥞 2 egg whites 🥞 Dash of cinnamon Mix and mash together and onto the pan with fry light or coconut oil! Enjoy 😘👌🏽

So I count reps and say teaching points in my sleep now I'm dreaming about exercises..😆 No joke I thought about this exercise in my sleep and decided to give it a try 🤣 Great if you want to add some extra resistance to your abs 😜 100 reps altogether (5x20) 🔥

So many people text me about this on Snapchat lastnight 😂 Healthy food isn't boring whatsoever, I love food so I find it easy to use my imagination when cooking 🤣 but just something as simple as this makes dieting so easy! I love some oats in the evening before bed. I dunno about you but I literally CRAVEEE something sweet after dinner 🤷🏽‍♀️ A bowl of porridge may seem a lot of food to eat before bed but this was only 30g and had less than 300 calories of good nutritious food. If I didn't eat this I probably would have eating at least 3 biscuits or something which would have added upto the same amount of calories (if not more), lasted 0.5 seconds and be full of sugar. . Peanut butter would have been nice also! 😊 ▪️30g oats ▪️200ml almond milk ▪️Half a banana fried in fry light ▪️10g 85% Dark chocolate ▪️Sprinkle of cinnamon

Active recovery Sundays are the best 🙋🏽 I usually train on Sundays cos no days off and all that😏💁🏽 No I do take a day or 2 rest but I usually have a cheat meal Saturday night and feel better if I train the day after a big meal and put all the food to good use so I don't feel like 🤰🏽🐋🐳 But took the last 2 Sundays off work and gym altogether and it felt great getting out of the whole gym environment I spend over 30 hours a week in! Coffee, long walks and fresh air makes you feel so good👌🏽🤗

Is it just me or does anyone else look forward to a big bowl of oats and next of all... 2.5 seconds later the bowl (or Tupperware) is empty?😳😫🤣 OR, if you are just not a fan of porridge (lots of my clients will not even touch a single oat) so this one is for you!!! 😉☺️ So I thought I would try make my usual oats but just make them a different way with the same ingredients. I was surprised it made 5 nice size muffins and I actually couldn't finish them all🤔😂 Sometimes you have to trick your mind into thinking your eating more! For example.. if I had oats and fruit blended into a smoothie I wouldn't feel as full as if I had eaten them, as it takes less time to consume and I didn't physically have to chew anything if that makes sense🤔😁 Also these are very handy for my 5am starts to eat in the car🚙 otherwise I would be one HANGRY woman and we don't want that😈 SOOO Anywayssss... Ingredients! 🥄 🔘50g oats 🔘About 150-200ml almond milk (you don't want a watery consistency) 🔘1 banana 🍌 🔘Half scoop of chocolate protein 🍫 🔘Handful of raspberries 🔘Handful of blueberries 🔘Squirt of my protein zero calorie maple syrup 🍯 🔘Half teaspoon of baking powder 🔘 Pinch of cinnamon (optional) And then I topped with some nuts 🥜 Mix everything together and pop into muffin tins sprayed with fry light. The cooking time is essential as you don't want them really dry.. mine were still a bit moist😏😏 (ew that word😖) so about 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180 did the trick 🙃 Try them and enjoy!

I love this quote. I can and I'm sure a lot of other people can relate to this a lot! People always say "how do you stay so motivated all the time, your always training" the answer is... I DONT. I wish I was so motivated all the time! Some days I absolutely hate training and I dread it! (This is why I prefer to train in the morning to get it done and out of the way) When your full time job is in a gym the last place you wanna spend another hour in is.. the gym 😂 BUT its gotta be done! I would be a lot less happy in myself if I didn't train. I know it's good for my body and mind weather I want to do it at that moment in time or not I always thank myself after for pushing through. Since I started training and eating properly and not drinking as much I'm convinced it's the reason my anxiety is at least 50% less than it used to be. Even when I didn't work in the gym I never had to ask myself "will I go to the gym tomorrow?" because it was HABIT. I didn't have to even think or contemplate about it, i just set my alarm and packed my bag every night. 1 hour... 3-5 days a week isn't going to kill you.. make time.. make it a habit.. a lifestyle.. and once you start seeing and feeling those benefits you won't ever wanna stop 😊 #doitforyou #workonyourself #justdoit #startnow

🔴DIET🔴 Are you a just normal person with a normal life that just wants to become a bit healthier or lose some fat ect? Well why would you eat a "bodybuilder" or "bikini models" diet then? 🤔 If your PT gives you strict diet plan on 1200 calories with steak and egg whites for breakfast are you realistically going to eat that every day for longer than a week or 2? If NO, well I wouldn't blame you. And if YES, are you actually going to enjoy eating that everyday? Probably not! Absolutely nothing I eat do I not enjoy. I eat these mini toasted wraps with turkey, bacon spinach and BBQ sauce every day😍😂 I eat a bowl of cereal nearly everyday and without fail always have chocolate. BUT, I track my food, make sure I train at least 3 times a week, stick within my daily calories, reach my protein goals and get some fruit and veg in also! By having a diet full of foods you like, you don't feel deprived or feel the need to absolutely crack by the weekend and binge till the cows come home 🐮 It's not that complicated, don't make it out to be! Focus on the very basics first💪🏽
