We are Ireland's longest established provider of professional training-courses in life coaching.
If you have arrived at this page, it is most likely you are looking to do a course on Life Coaching and are somewhat uncertain and perhaps confused as to which of the many training provider to choose from. So, I have set-out below the principles on which my courses are designed and I hope, will assist you decide if this one is for you.
Life Coaching is one of the most effective modalities to intentionally and consciously create life-changing decisions and then as a means to nurture those decisions into a life-experience. Using a Life Coach can not only enhance the experience but insure those changes occur in the most efficient way possible and also to encourage self-empowerment, that is to create awareness of the higher-self and one’s creative ability.
Finding one such coach can be a challenge so in itself, so Mindstream was created to train coaches to these principles in 2001. The original course has developed over 14 years as my understanding of life and Life Coaching has also developed. I brought my life-experiences, my experience as a practicing psychotherapist and hypnotherapist since 1997, an NLP Practitioner, a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher combined with some 5.000 hours of team and one-to-one coaching, to create the course. The accredited Life Coaching courses combine sports psychology, modern-day therapies such as CBT with spirituality and Mindfulness. The training-programmes are designed to create an advanced self-awareness treating all as holistic beings of mind, body and soul.
The motivation behind the Mindstream programmes, is to provide each participant with core coaching skills to bring to their own lives, to assist others plan and manifest life goals, to deal with the difficulties one encounters on a life-journey and to a more peaceful state-of-mind which allows a life of more energy, fulfillment and happiness. The courses are aimed at Life rather than Business Coaching.
