Epsom Salt is something every home should have handy! I have taken it orally as part of the Viva-Mayr cure and can attest to its' laxative properties. Baths with Epsom Salts are very helpful for exercise recovery.
Fat is your friend. It burns fat and allows you to achieve satiety or that full and satisfied feeling while consuming less calories overall. Reduce your sugar intake as much as you can. Don't be tempted to substitute with sweeteners either as these don't help to curb sugar cravings. The biggest issue underlying most of the health issues I work on with clients is over-consumption of sugar in all it's forms. You will feel much better too!
