Ingredients ----------- • Baby Rooster Potatoes • Pink Himalayan Salt • Coconut Oil Directions ----------- • Chop potatoes into thin strips • Place in bowl, sprinkle over pink Himalayan salt & toss in bowl • Grease baking tray with small amount of coconut oil • Place on baking tray & bake in oven at 190° for ~15-20 mins

LIFE - it's full of ups ☀️😁 and downs ⛈😢 Here's a great little image I use, when I think about doing anything new. (Like becoming self employed - what was I thinking?! So many times spent in the dark swamp of despair 😅) But it's also something I like my clients to know. Because fitness is a journey! Weight loss or building muscle doesn't happen over night. The journey is full of lots of little obstacles; like injuries, lack of motivation, nights out, long work hours, chocolate binges etc. But with persistence and belief, you can triumph. My goal as a trainer is to teach my clients how to overcome these obstacles, so that they can continue on their journey to great health. Knowing that they can lean on me for support through the tough times because I've been in their shoes so many times before. Remember the dark swamp of despair doesn't have to be the end of your journey. Get your wellies on, get moving and don't give up. Because anything worth having was never easy! 💕 Love Lauren

Do you really need that protein bar? | What Are You Eating? | RTÉ One

As Donal Trump would say "THIS IS FAKE NEWS"!! I'm not quite sure what Dr. Madigan is getting at here. 18-20 grams of protein is enough? I really hope she means per serving! What I think we should take away from this video, is that you do not NEED to eat protein bars. You can get your protein needs from other 'whole' foods like eggs, chicken etc, but are they an easy and delicious way of getting more protein in? ...hell yeah!

🍪🍦🍬🍫🎂🍭 There's no need to go all Sister Asumpta this lent. I mean why would you deprive yourself the sweet sweet nectar of chocolate?! 🍫🍩 If chocolate, or sweets or bread etc are things that you crave all the time. Then it probably isn't the best idea for you to go cold turkey on them. Chances are you'll just get fixated on not having them and end up making poorer food choices because of it. How about instead of giving something up, you take something on? Here's a few ideas to get you started. Jusr pick one to start and see how you get on. 🔹Drink two litres of water each day 🔸Go for a walk during your lunch break 🔹Eat an extra portion of green veg each day 🔸Try a new fitness class 🔹Eat one less takeaway each week 🔸Get one extra hour of sleep each night 🔹Put your phone down & talk about your day to someone close 🔸Do something charitable, donate blood (I really hope you guys get my Father Ted quote or this could be a little strange 🙈)

It was hard enough for me growing up as a teenager back in the 90s, feeling inadequate in the presence of my peers, but young girls these days have to look at the likes of this shit. Hey Guys 👋 Remember Christina, the winner of my Christmas Giveaway? Well, I just wanted to give you an update on how great she's doing.
