After a reoccurring dryrot problem, our client decided to replace her suspended timber floor with insulation, screed and underfloor heating. While we were at it, she also asked us to join two of the rooms with a door opening and to remove an unused chimney breast! We also reinsulated and floored the house's attic in prep for a future attic conversion.

City centre apartment overhaul
Working with our client's interior designer, we completely renovated this small apartment, including refreshing the floors, a new bathroom, a completely new bespoke kitchen and new decoration. The space seemed to almost double as a result!
