Ireland is famous for the high quality tea we consume on a daily basis. Why then do our public hospitals serve such low quality tea. It's nothing short of disgusting and there is no need for it. The difference between the rubbish they serve and a decent cup of quality tea is less than 1 cent per cup. That's a fact.

This is all it takes to make quality tea! Good rainfall, plenty of sunshine then pluck the finest, freshest youngest two leaves and a bud. Wither the leaves, ferment them, dry them, sort them, pack them, drink them. No artificial colours, preservatives, no calories, no fat, and nothing added. Just 100% pure tea. Tea also contains the following naturally. The most active ingredients of tea are proanthocyanidins, polymer chains of flavonoids. The best known kind of flavonoids are catechins. Catechins are antioxidants, what means that they prevent oxidation which causes cell damage and consequent health problems in many organs and tissues. Freshly picked green leaves of tea contain almost 30 percents of catechins. Stay healthy and drink tea!
