Description
Ringsend College is a Second Level school in Dublin 4 and also has Repeat Leaving Certificate, PLC, VTOS, BTEI, Night School and Adult Education courses. Welcome to Ringsend College. We are a second level school for 12-18 year olds who go through Junior Cycle, on to Transition Year and finally to Leaving Cert.
We also cater for Repeat Leaving Cert students and have a long tradition of providing focused learning for students wishing to repeat.
Ringsend College also has a Further Education section which offers Post-Leaving Cert (PLC) courses in Computer Software and Design.
Ringsend College has VTOS courses at QQI Level 5 and 6 in Computer Systems and Networks, Business and Administration.
Part-time day course include our BTEI course in Hortinculture at QQI Level 4.
Should you wish to complete a hobby course we also have our Night School with a wide range of 10-week courses from Cooking to Motor Maintenance, from Zumba to Ceramics!
Our Adult Education section also provides a vital service to those who wish to receive training in various courses.

On Monday 13th February, 2017, a group of our second years went on a trip to Glasnevin Cemetery and The Botanic Gardens. This is related to the book we have all been reading in class called In Pieces about a boy who sees ghosts and has just lost his mother; the boy goes to the Cemetery in the book.

Well done to everyone who contributed to Mental Health Awareness Week this week! The final event of the week was the class dance-off this afternoon. 2B with their Haka and our 1st Years with The Cha Cha Slide came a close second to 2A who performed a great Las Ketchup! Great effort from everyone who danced!!

TY Cancer Research Fund Raiser. On Friday or TY class will be selling ribbons for The Caroline Foundation Cancer Research Awareness Day. Please support by sending in €2 with students to buy a ribbon. All funds go towards paying doctors to research cancer treatment. PLEASE SUPPORT!!!
