Perrystown Kenpo
Description
A traditional Kenpo Karate club welcome to all ages. Training focuses on fitness, fun, and the core principles of Martial Arts. Perrystown Kenpo was founded by Sensei Alan Norris 8th Degree Black Belt.
The club trains in traditional kenpo karate, covering a range of self defense techniques and kata taken from the traditional system, as well as street fighting defense techniques. Training incorporates both of these styles alongside core fitness and strength training.
Engaging in sparring and competitions is optional.
New members can join at any time; providing they are at least 6 years old. It doesn't take anything to join, just turn up in comfortable clothes!!
Classes are pay as you go at €5 per class. The first class is free.
Most importantly, as a club Perrystown Kenpo are friendly, enthusiastic and most of all fun. Come and see for yourself! :) Any questions or queries-just send us a mail or give us a call.

Savage session tonight with our seniors. Circuit training followed by combo work closing distance with head movement and finishing with a few rounds of toe to toe body shots. Stephen had his thigh mangled with leg kicks too, which is always gas... for everyone else. Warriors.
