Rump fillet on the pan tonight. An underestimated cut of steak but trust us it's just as tender and flavoursome as Striploin and at just €4.00 each for an 8oz makes it one of our favourites!
Cote de Bouef done! Cooked on the pan for 4 minutes each side and the into a 180c oven for 4 minutes... One of these are a perfect sharing steak for 2 and would cost between €12-€14 in our shop!
