Fitness instructor and personal trainer based in Southgate's AMPT fitness.
Personal training: I cater for all abilities and work with clients from people beginning their fitness journey's, people who are returning from injury to those that want to improve their current fitness level or work on certain areas of their strength and fitness. I currently do personal training and couple sessions from 09:30 - 21:00 Monday - Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 - subject to availability.
Step aerobics: A fantastic form of aerobic exercise that burns up to 500 calories (or more) while having great fun and a dance off. 18:00 Wednesday's and Friday's (book in through AMPT fitness)
Along with my personal training and step classes I am also part of the Team in AMPT Fitness in Southgate where I teach a wide variety of classes including but not limited to, Men's strength, spin( indoor cycling), circuits, boxercise and HIIT (high intensity interval training). I am fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer - my qualifications include:
• ITEC EQF LEVEL 3 CERT in FITNESS INSTRUCTION
• NEFPC EQF LEVEL 4 PERSONAL TRAINING
• Cycle Reebok - Indoor cycling
• ITEC LEVEL 2 Strength and Conditioning
• PFS Step
• Certificate in Olympic lifting
• Certificate in Strong man training
• Certificate in Kettlebell training
• Certificate in Suspension training.

Setting"SMART" goals is how I approached my journey and continue to do so. Making an achievable but challenging detailed plan is a great way to go, track your progress and celebrate your successes. Include your celebrations into your goal by doing something you'd never have done - run a 10k, participate in a hell & back, do a Triathlon... the list is endless. You can achieve anything once you put your mind to it.
