6 week Yoga Classes starting back next week in the Niall Mor Centre, Men's classes starting on the 9th of Jan at 8.00pm and Intermediates and Beginners starting back on the 12th , 1st class at 6.00pm and 2nd at 7.30pm, Private message if you want to book a place.
2 More weeks left off classes until I break for christmas on the 16th of December and back again in January :-)
