Easy Banana Bread 180g Almond meal/flour 3 Bananas - mashed ripe 2 eggs 2 tbsp Stevia - Dr Coy's brand 100g Coconut oil - melted Pinch Salt 1 tsp Baking powder 1. Blend eggs, banana, coconult oil in blender for 1 min 2. In a bowl mix blended mixture with almond meal, stevia, baking powder and salt. 3. Pour into a greased bread tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 45 mins. #bananabread #glutenfree #dairyfree #fitfood #gutsyworld First time testing this recipe today and it worked first time, it is so good!
