Its February 1st – St. Brigid’s day and the long awaited beginning of spring. Kick start spring with a Yoga class this week. (Glenties Weds., 6.15pm - Maghery Thurs., 6 pm - Kilclooney Mon., 10.30 am). These classes will all be dedicated to motivating and energising renewed inner strength and new inner growth. Bígí linn!
