Description
Christian Brothers College Cork is sending 10 pupils and 4 teachers to support and help the Christian Brothers in their kind, charitable work in Zambia The Christian Brothers based in Zambia make a huge difference for the local residents of Mazabuka, as they develop and run schools, hospital, hospices and general welfare projects. For the past 16 years,The college has supported this work by buying such vital equipment as a tractor, irrigation equipment and educational resources, as well as bringing over with them a wide range of gifts for the local children such as sports jerseys and school supplies. The 10 chosen students, along with teachers, will be immersed in the way of living in central Africa for 19 days, as they help out the Brothers in their work.

Big thanks to everyone who had a guess at our Jelly Jar! we received over 550 guesses, and can finally reveal the correct amount was 1716! Congratulations to Karen Doyle from Cobh, who gave us an excellent guess of 1715, and is now the proud owner of 'too many' jellies.
