what is this callisthenics? the dictionary says 'gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement.' it is also comes from the greek for 'beautiful strength' It is a way to get stronger,fitter,leaner without using gym or weights! It is ultimate freedom. Callisthenics also puts less stress on the joints,can be done anywhere at any time? WANT TO LEARN MORE????
can you do a pull up? it's my goal for most clients to have 1 strict pullup under their belt. Pull ups a a hard exercise and a great strength builder / fat burner due to the amount of muscles being used. Want big biceps? Screw bicep curls, pull ups will fry those biceps

When asked the best thing to lose weight.i always say walking.walk every day. Start small with 5 minutes and increase by 1 minute a week. Its not so much about burning calories, its about developing a habit. A habit of being consistent with exercise. Obviously your burning calories too . When you walk 30 minutes a day you burn nearly all just fat. However it's the longterm consistency of sticking to exercise and changing your lifestyle that will get you to change your life not just physique. So right now. Go for a 5min walk.and the same tomorrow and after that . sure what else would ya be doing?
Im thinking if starting the weekly workout group soon.whos interested? Perhaps Fridays in kinsale . workout is free and tough
I always recommend graphing your weight loss.I use an app called monitor your weight. Its great to have a visual reminder of how your doing . sometimes you weight might go up slightly then back down.as long as over time it is going down.here is an example of mine so far this year
