Im delighted to see the response from the deal of the underage package we are offering. One of the main questions the guys and girls are asking me is How much are my Nutrition plans? All the guys want is to put on size and the girls want to do is tone up. I couldn't bring myself to even consider charging a child for a plan so what I have decided to do is record a video that offers the content to both the guys and girls with basic guidelines of what type of foods to eat and what foods to stay away from and the most beneficial time to eat certian foods. At this age they are producing so much growth hormone and the guys testestrone is extremely high so with a small bit of guidance and their bodies will respond super quick. A huge congratulations to Ring Rowing Club who won club of the day in Glandore last sunday. With 4 of my online nutrition clients taking part they brought home 5 gold medals. 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 Nutrition is so important for your sport no matter what it is if you are pushing your body to its limits you must have the correct fuel onboard to support strength and recovery.

Here is Damien who has just finished his nutrition and training plan Damien joined Body Image Health and Fitness wanted to drop some body fat and get a leaner more athletic look and as you can see by the before and after pictures he most certainly achieved it, Damien dropped a considerable amount of body fat and built some lean muscle in the process. We started he reverse a few weeks ago so he is now maintaining this physique whilst being able to enjoy some higher carb meals again. How is this done ? Well we re introduce carbs at insulin sensitive times of the day and his body soaks them up like a sponge and keeps his glycogen levels topped up nicely We are slowly getting his body to run on a higher amount of calories again so there is zero chance of rebounding and increase the process of building lean muscle. The results are there for each and everyone its up to each person how much they want it and they are willing to give the programme Damien is proof that if you stick to the plan it works !
