This review is from one the parents of one of our former students. It's good to hear the students and the parents thoughts on the time their children were with us. For our son Aldo, 14 years old, the 4-month stay was a great experience. He said that they were a really funny family and that they helped him a lot. Can't cope with all these amazing reviews. Isn't it so nice to know that these kids were looked after so well. We maintain contact with all students and that's what makes us so different from other companies, it's the little things. Before l went to Ireland in summer 2015 l have never been away from home for such a long time. l spent 4 weeks in Rosebanks and from the first day on it felt like home. The whole family was so nice to me and we had a good time together. Beside the time with the family 1 also was able to see a lot of different places of the country. l enjoyed the Irish nature, culture and cities with a lot of international friends which I have met there. The best thing about my time in Ireland is that I came there without knowing anyone there, but I left having a second loving family !!

This is from one of our French students It was a wonderful experience, I will always remember those 10 days in Ireland. I discoverd a new country, a new culture, Irish people with their strong accent. I learn a lot. The first 4 days we visited Dublin, there a lot of beautiful landscapes, old museum, cold weather, it was very cool. After that, while 6 days I was in Mallow, I went to school it was an increible experience everything is so different of France. I was in a hostfamily, You were so nice with me, you took care of me, you cooked so well everything you have cooked was so delicious, in your house I discoverd the typical Irish family, your way of life. You have been so amazing with me, I will always remember you, my dear hostfamily 😘😘💕

This a review from a student that stayed with one of our families last year. If you know of any students that would like to come to Ireland this summer, please contact us for details. The 6 weeks I spent abroad in summer 2015 were definitely one of the best times in my life: Before I took the plane to Ireland, many friends told me that they couldn't do it as it is too exciting for them. I couldn't tell why, but I was really looking forward to it. Of course I was excited as well, but mainly I was very happy to get the chance. When I arrived and met my host family, it felt like home from the first second on. I received a very warm welcome and knew that it was the right decision to come to Ireland. The whole 6 weeks flew by: I met so many new people, both irish and other students from different countries and also visited so many beautiful places. Everyone was very helpful so it wasn't a problem that English isn't my mother tongue. After a few days I didn't even notice that I'm speaking English all day long - it was getting easier each day. When I had to leave Ireland I was really sad. But I came home with lots of new experiences, many new friends and a second family. Since that time I went back to Ireland a couple of times for visits - it is my second home now and I'm more than thankful that I got the chance to live in that country together with my lovely host family!
