Niteline is a student-run organisation that provides free confidential emotional support to students in distress. Open Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs 9pm-1am 1800323242 Niteline provides free emotional support to students in distress.
Our specially trained student volunteers recognise that university is a time of many changes and challenges and can empathise with callers. They don’t judge; they don’t give advice; and they certainly don’t tell callers what to do – they just listen. Best of all, Nightline is confidential and anonymous meaning students accessing the service don't even have to give their name. We are committed to offering a service that is confidential, anonymous, non-judgemental, non-directional, and non-advisory. The phone service is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9pm to 1am every week. If you're worried or stressed, you are welcome to call and you will be listened to.

Booley's Skipping Challenge!
In light of Mental Health Week Booley Bear will on campus tomorrow to challenge you all! Beat Booley in his skipping challenge and be in with the chance to win some great prizes (To be announced ) and just to have some craic! As always Niteline Volunteers will be there to answer any of your questions and fill you in on what NiteLine is all about! See you there!
