Love this :-) A student once asked her teacher... "Teacher, thanks to your teachings I now know how to practice mindfulness in seclusion, but I must return to the city tomorrow and I want to know how to keep my peace of mind." Her teacher pondered this for a moment and finally said "It is quite simple, when you are walking to the bus stop and you see the bus is about to leave, don't start running.
