Situated in stunning countryside on the fringe of the hotels 18 hole golf course Fernhill provides an excellent base for leisure, business and golf guests alike.
Located on the outskirts of the busy town Carrigaline, Fernhill  is only 5 minutes away from the Ringaskiddy Ferry Port, 15 minutes away from Cork Airport and a mere 20 minutes away outside Cork City.  It is a world away from the City’s hustle and bustle and is an ideal choice if you are looking for peace and tranquillity but still central enough to explore all the wonderful attractions Cork has to offer.

As a result of excellent design and course management Fernhill is often playable during inclement weather when many other courses are forced to close.

A message from Mark Wynam The presentation took place Yesterday, 23rd of March in Carrigaline of the cheque from the men's golf club. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the members that showed up for the presentation. which was gratefully received by Paula McGovern, press officer for Marymount. The donation in total amounted to an impressive 7'600 euros which in light of the latest fund cuts by our ever gracious government will go a long way to help the staff and residents of Marymount hospice. I would like to thank all members for the donation and give my apologies for the delay in presenting same. I would like to give thanks to all of the men's club committee and members throughout the past 7 odd years and wish everyone the best of luck for the future. ps..
