Café Move is home to True You, which comprises of two of Corks leaders in movement training. They offer personal, shared and group coaching. True You specialises in rehabilitation, and optimising athletic performance with their broad movement coaching techniques.
There is an open access option to use the facilities in your own time if you are the type of person that likes to go at it alone or with friends.
