Its about that time of year !! The 3rd Annual Southcoast Indoor Rowing Tournament in West Cork is on the Horizon. No pain, lets train , to gain the Southcoast Indoor title.
In 2013 RRC hosted its first Indoor Rowing Tournament. It was so succesful, we decided to make it an annual event ! Each year our own members train & attend the Irish Indoor Rowing Championships on an annual basis with a few successes along the way too . So here in RRC we strive to ensure a professional level of racing ,with the famous toture machine. The Erg !
