A big thank you to all who donated to the 'Afternoon Tea Party' which was held at the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine. This was held to assist our chef Louise Daly with the cost of travel and accommodation as her husband is currently recovering from a stroke in Dún Laoghaire. The total raised in excess of €2270, was used to purchase vouchers for the Clayton hotel and fuel vouchers from Noel White Texaco station.

Today we had the privilege of catering for the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Marine; Mr Micheal Creed. At the launch of the 1916 commemoration expedition in Clonakilty.
