The Individual Member Traffic Lights for March 2018 are out. Congratulations to all our GREEN members, keep up the good work. The top spot was once again taken by Lee Tunney-Ware followed by Declan Halligan in second place, both members of BNI Mayo - Castlebar and Gerard Danaher, member of BNI Desmond. Agne Jonele of BNI Marina Leitrim and Margaret Conmy also a member of BNI Mayo - Castlebar took 4th and 5th place respectively. A special mention to BNI Mayo - Castlebar who have a total of 6 people in the top 20 and BNI Marina Leitrim who have 5 people in the top 20!! Keep up the good work!
For the most part, your success is determined by your hard work, and by your choices. Hard work is simply a piece of the puzzle. You need to make more good choices than bad ones and minimize the impact of the bad choices by accepting them and fixing it quickly.
