Place indoor Begonias where they get plenty of sun light on windowsills but be careful during the summer months that they don't burn with the heat. Water your plants when the surface of the potting soil feels moist but not soggy wet. You should water your plants more frequently when it is warm, the light is bright and the begonias are flowering heavily and putting out new growth. Water your plant until water runs out of the drainage holes. If possible, use room temperature water that has been distilled. Remove dead flowers and leaves and trim off broken stems to promote plant growth.

Physalis also known as Chinese lantern. When given proper care, Chinese lanterns can last for five to 10 days or longer as fresh flowers, but because they dry beautifully in a fresh-appearing state, consumers often perceive them as lasting for months. The botanical name Physalis comes from the Greek word “physa,” meaning “bladder,” in reference to the puffy calyxes.
