Heyday
Description
Heyday is a weight management approach with a difference, delivered by. Dr Bernadette Rock. Join our supportive online program, 1:1 meetings or workshops! The Heyday program is not about diets or food plans. Instead it helps you address the habits and emotions that led to all that extra eating. Heyday delivers workshops, 1:1 meetings & a supportive online program.
Heyday was founded by Dr. Bernadette Rock. Bernadette's understanding about weight and food difficulties stem from her own personal struggles, which she overcame. After years of chronic dieting and negative body image, she resolved her own struggles and developed a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
Bernadette has a PhD and Masters in Sociology from University College Dublin. The Heyday program is grounded in social theory and science.
