Just arrived in Irish Tesco stores... It costs €6.49. Meant to be there from next week onwards. It's 240 to 360 Calories per tub. Now this is allot to consume IF you are trying to watch what you are eating but only IF you eat the whole tub 👌and compared to a tub of Ben and Jerry's tub which comes in at 1100 odd calories per tub, this option is pretty sweet ( Pun intended 😀) High protein and low sugar levels. I have not tested it nor have I looked at it yet to verify this but it seems very promising 😘 If you have. Let me know. What the actual hell....... Just when I thought I seen it all.. Herbalife , diet pills , body wraps and vibration plates and and now this............. A HEADSET that burns fat.... Place this on your head 5 times a day for 45 minutes a day and it claims to help you lose min of 5% fat to a max of 16% fat. They use term's like 1-"Target's the part of your brain" 2-"Raises your metabolism" 3-"Makes your body think you are more active" 4-"Study claims" Where have you heard all these terms before?? In all the above other products mentioned and many more. In magazines and posters. The fact is.Its all about MONEY MONEY. Companies know people will always pick the path of least resistance.This in allot of ways is of course the right choice in many circumstances BUT when it comes to your exercise and nutritional intake there is no easy path. Don't get too down though.There is hope as I will tell you the secret to your fat loss and fitness..The secret is there is no secret.It just requires one key thing..Being "Consistent" in your exercise and nutrition. Calories in versus Calories out. Find your calorie baseline. Monitor your protein , carbs and fat intake. Get Moving. Cost= Nothing Let's look at some of the bull claims made by the product. 1-"Target's the part of your brain" Even if they actually have found the part of the brain that targets fat (highly doubtful, highly) are you willing to zap your brain with this to do it. Is it proven not effect the other parts of your brain.After all ,you are sending pulses into your head. Is there a study attached to this product to say it's safe. Does it show the short term or long term effects of sending pulses into your brain. No is the answer. So , would you still do it? Would you still take that risk?Are you really that lazy you can't get off your bum and go for a walk or stop putting things into your mouth in excess? So they have moved from targeting the fat cells in parts of your body (wraps and vibration plates) with a product that claims to target parts of the brain that controls fat storage.I wonder why I don't see these warps and the likes on every shelf in every gym etc. Actually I don't.They are not there because they do not work and this product will be the same. You will have Facebook pages and local people selling this but it won't be widespread because not everyone is a sucker and it's a fade that won't last. It's a short term investment for companies to make a quick few quid before people catch on it doesn't work. Let's face it. Even if everyone read this post you will still get people who will buy it because "Well , what if?"" You can lead a horse to water and all that.. Hey..Why not put on a body wrap , jump on a vibrating plate , drink hearblife and place this on your head. You will be super skinny and fit in no time 😂😂 Calories in versus Calories out. Find your calorie baseline. Monitor your protein , carbs and fat intake. Get Moving. Cost= Nothing 2-"Raises your metabolism If your "Mataoblism" is slow..Stop eating in excess and get moving..Be consistent and stop being so lazy.Get that bum away from the TV. What's an hour in 24 of them. Get some advice one on one from someone in the know. There is way more to your mataoblism than a pulse to your brain. How much is your mataoblism raised by this product? I don't know.They don't say. Maybe because there is no actual evidence of it.Just a claim. The study is bogus. Calories in versus Calories out. Find your calorie baseline. As much as I hate these classes that have fancy names and play on your insecurities (like this product) at least people are bloody moving.Although walking isn't the most effective way to exercise , at least you are moving. Again why would you send vibrations into your brain. Are you really that niave to think sending vibrations into your brain will burn body fat. Are you really that lazy you can't stop eating to excess and you can't leave the television behind for an hour a day to go for a walk or hit a local class. Calories in versus Calories out. Find your calorie baseline. Monitor your protein , carbs and fat intake. Get Moving. Cost= Nothing 4-"Study claims" These study claims..For me. This is probably the most important part of the claim.They tested it over 16 weeks on people. They won't tell you , nor could I find , who these people were. What age , nutritional intake they had , what exercise they did or didn't do.Nor if after they used this product, their actual thoughts on it. Did this study involve a placebo. Nothing!!! This should tell you allot. They know the average person will see all the buzz words and not look further into things as they want to believe it will work. As stated before. Everyone looks for the path of least resistance.I could do study how bird droppings are good for your skin and then bottle it.Would you buy it...... Calories in versus Calories out. Find your calorie baseline. Monitor your protein , carbs and fat intake. Get Moving. Cost= Nothing Conclusion.... Please do not be so niave to think things like this work. They play on your insecurities and pull you in using false studies that are not accurate.They use fancy buzz words that are typical to the fitness industry. If you need help with your nutrition , find someone who can provide you with a nutritional plan based on YOUR NEEDS. If you get handed one from a drawer , throw it back at them. One seize does not fit all. Everyone is different. Get to your local classes or gym. Get moving and get lifting. Heck , go for a bloody walk. There is and never will be a secret to fat loss. If this product or others worked people like me and gyms etc would be out of business a long long time ago. FACT. KEEP your hard earned money. Calories in versus Calories out. Finding your calorie baseline and watching your protein , carbohydrate and fat intake. (Macros) It's really not as hard as it seems. STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP Wasting 5 euro a go on a nutritional plan that's designed for the mass and not tailoured to you. Stop going to fancied named classes that does nothing but get your heart rate up. Just because you are sweating a heap doesn't mean you are burning a heap of fat. Myself like others are fighting for your money.Its that simple. Thats the truth. 7 YEARS DOING THESE CLASSES. Still going strong. That tells you something...... The difference with our classes is , we actually like what we do , we know how to do it and we do what's most effective for burning CALORIES.. WE MAKE YOU LIFT SHIT.......... Get lifting. Get moving. 10 "Movers" tonight..... Getting back into the swing of things after the Christmas and New Year festivities.... It's not easy getting of the couch on nights like tonight but once you do it , you are always happy you did. Full body workout completed. You can't see it in the picture but we did have mats layed out for the core. We are back at it again tomorrow night for more of the same.
