**TURBO TRAINING** In the next week or 2 we will be aiming to start club turbo training sessions. We will be hoping to run 6-8 sessions in between now and Christmas, which will be one session per week. As always the turbo sessions are comprised of a 1hr on the bike workout followed by a structured core workout lasting 20-30min. The sessions on the bike are designed to cater for the following groups: 1. Road cyclists: focus been fit for February-March 2. MTB/Cyclocross: focus on building fitness to cope with the high demands of 40-120min races 3. Duathlon: with events as early as December focus here is to improve on the bike power and race specific distance 4. Triathlon: focus on building a solid foundation of low intensity workouts that focus on improving techniques without the worry of doing to much to soon. With all the above categories fully catered for you can rest assured that you won't be forced to work to hard to early in the season and if there is a need for intensity work then plenty will be provided.
