So I walk into Cafe Cabou in Ballina. "I'll have a coffee anyway, and on the counter you've got some kind of an oat type slice that looks like it's done with honey and drizzled with chocolate... " "The flapjack?", she says. "F*ck me, that's the word I was looking for. I can give you all the ingredients and tell you how to cook it but can't tell you what it's called". Brunch out was delicious! Went to Cafe Cabou and they do a #slimmingworldireland menu. I'm counting this as 3sp for the fat free yogurt and the fruit would be free. Very tasty! I want to find some recipes similar to this to make at home!!
