At Meares Dental we regard dental prevention with utmost importance. Now it is September and the kids are back at school it is important to get a healthy routine set regarding tooth brushing and diet. We encourage drinking water and milk. Keep juices,smoothies and fizzy drinks to a minimum. It is important to visit the dentist at least once a year. We offer exams and cleanings for children as young as 2 years old.
