At Bruno's we are passionate about food. We make a priority of sourcing ingredients locally and using organic produce. We grow our own herbs, vegetables and edible flowers when in season. Our fish, prawns and crab are fresh and caught locally everyday. Our pizza is made from slow rising sourdough and is baked in our italian wood fired oven at 500 degrees for optimum flavour. This week our pizza special is Hederman's delicious smoked mackeral, roasted organic beetroot, mozzarella and fresh horseradish cream. Also our creamy Italian burrata, with oven roasted organic tomatoes and basil. Or local monkfish and pancetta spiedini. Maybe Bacalla, salted cod on arbutus sourdough. Now that Summer is here, Bruno's is open 7 evenings a week! We are open every evening to sample some delicious summer salads (such as our West Cork Organic Strawberries), or try our amazing Handmade Ravioli with Organic Roasted Beetroot, Macroom Ricotta, 24 month aged Parmesan and Wild Rocket.
