Deise Greenway, the Waterford Greenway Group

Fantastic to see what is possible when communities come together to develop this type of infrastructure. I'm hoping for the same in my home county of Galway in the future. There are so many beneficial aspects from the commercial to the social and the health/well being of communities. As a previously nervous cyclist being able to spend last year using the canal ways in the midlands (kudos to Blueways Ireland and co.) I have to say thank you to the groups, individuals, organisations and communities that help these projects come to fruition. And best wishes to The Greenway Man, you'll see us over the year.

Ireland Planner

I've been working with Tara at Ireland Planner and am blown away by what she's achieved so far (and so excited for where it is going). This is the trip planner we've been waiting for, fantastic filtering and it looks so good. This is the first iteration and to have it so polished already is a testament to an eye to detail and a great passion for Irish tourism. This isn't just me being nice, please check it out, I'll be surprised if people aren't using it for their 2017 road trips and adventures. This is an innovative small Irish business so please share it with people you think would be passionate about it, particularly your friends and family abroad that are coming to Ireland.
