Follow these Simple Rules if into getting Strong Lean and Mobile basically as I would say Hard 2 Kill!!!! These rules changed everything on how I thought about my Body and Mind "What Wires together Fires together" The Hard 2 Kill Philosophy!! First answer these questions Why are you Training???? Are you learning about yourself everytime you train where is your mind going when you train?? Do you challenge yourself or are you really happy with mediocrity??? Do you listen to the voice in your head that says you can or the one that says you cant?? Simple Rules to follow: Survival- the fitter and Stronger you are the odds are stacked in your favour (basically you will see that bus coming before it even leaves the station :D ) -train smart focus on mobility and movement! Learn how to find + grow food, cook, clean ,swim, run, jump ,climb, Fight, breath, build shelter and train the body to be weather resistant. - these skills might seem silly and useless to some especially in these times of technology and knowledge at our fingertips but actually we are so far removed from actual learning and retaining knowledge it has come to a point that we really are probably in big trouble if the elements decide to say 'humans lets see what your made of!!' and really give us all a major challenge... - reflect mediate and give thanks for each breath you are gifted in the present... -do not be afraid to fall and fail with every new challenge embrace the chaos and uncertainty and thrive through resilience. - follow Passion not money -stress less love more ;) - fuel the body with real food, eat to prevent disease with food that heals our bodies and not fake food designed to harm us... avoid dismiss and ignore cravings for this rubbish which ultimately makes you feel terrible anyway. - go into the wild spend regular days taking time to appreciate the wonders of nature ground yourself sit there close your eyes and listen...
