Montessori, Naíonra and Afterschool service operating from Fun Galaxy in Ashbourne. Hello welcome to Kid of Life Montessori, Naíonra and Afterschool service.
We operate a preschool service for children aged 2-5 years and children who qualify for the ECCE free preschool year.
Our preschool staff are fully qualified and experienced. Not only do we implement an excellent child centred curriculum but children also get to spend time daily in Fun Galaxy's awesome play structure.
In addition we run a comprehensive afterschool service. We collect from most of the schools in Ashbourne and Ratoath, supervise homework, provide a hot meal and an evening snack, plan themed activities for the children AND they get to spend time daily in Fun Galaxy play centre and the trampoline park. All of this for just €80 per week.
We also operate camp during Easter/Summer/Hallowe'en so you can rest assured we are here when school is not.

Naíonra have been learning about the solar system and outer space the last few weeks! We can now name and match the planets! We had a galaxy themed sensory box, made space play dough, sang 5 little astronauts, made our own flying rockets after reading the storybook "rocket racers" AND telescopes to see the stars.

The children in Naíonra have been utilising all of our new resources this week, including dress up outfits, water tray, table top construction,dolls, stencils and pop tent. We also got beautiful new additions to our home corner! We have also begun weekly guided meditation sessions that the children are really enjoying!

The after schoolers enjoyed making some smoothies this week. They cut their own fruit and put it in the mixture. They were so delicious that they were gone in seconds 😁😁😁
