There is simply no other fitness apparatus that is able to change the human body in the way the Reformer can. The Pilates Reformer is the central piece of Pilates equipment. It uses the resistance of springs and different positions of the body (standing, sitting, kneeling or lying down) to create a great diversity of exercises tailored to all needs and individuals.

I offer private (one-on-one) Reformer lessons on the Allegro Reformer by Balanced Body Pilates. The Pilates Mat routines - where own body weight is used to create challenge to the core - can also be a perfect complement to the Reformer workout.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

I am a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher and a mindful movement professional. From a corporate job in Project and Change Management, I moved to an area where I help to initiate and implement CHANGE on a level of an individual. And I love it – I can see the results of my work on a daily basis!
