<Dolce Vita Group Limited Recruitment Notice> Part-time Cake Designer (2-6 months contract) An expanding buying office nearby Ngau Tau Kok MTR station is looking for the below candidates: Primary Role: Design, create and execute the production of specialty cakes, cookies and cupcakes, skillful in cake decorations. Job Duties: -Work with the designer team to design and create specialty art design edible/dummy cakes or cookies for packaging and photos. -Taking product photos, videos and updated company Facebook and website. -Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef for daily routine duties. Job Requirements: -Relevant training in cake decorating. -Able to work with various cake decorating ingredients such as fondant, gum paste, marzipan, royal icing, piping, air-brushing, painting, sugar art and chocolate art. -Ability to hand-sculpt 3D figurines, animals, facials etc. -Passionate about the craft of art design. -Based knowledge of photoshop and make videos -Hardworking and organized.
