香港世界桌球大師賽2017 Hong Kong Masters 2017
Description
由香港桌球總會主辦、康樂及文化事務署資助、世界桌球總會（World Snooker）認可之「香港世界桌球大師賽2017」鐵定於2017年7月20日至7月23日假伊利沙伯體育館舉行。
是項桌球大賽不單為慶祝香港特別行政區成立二十周年的體育盛事之一，亦是本地桌球界的一大里程碑 。今屆賽事星光熠熠，總共邀得十一位本地及海外球手參與。市民可透過挑戰賽及表演賽一睹世界好手的風釆，加深對香港桌球運動員及桌球運動的認識，從而推動本地桌球運動的發展，支持和推廣社區體育、精英體育及大型體育活動。
Organized by the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Control Council (HKBSCC), subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and sanctioned by the World Snooker, the Hong Kong Masters 2017, is confirmed to be held on July 20 – 23 at the Hong Kong Queen Elizabeth Stadium.
The Hong Kong Masters 2017 does not only serve as one of the key celebration events for the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, but also a milestone for local snooker development. The much-anticipated event has invited a total of 11 elite players to showcase the best of Snooker. Citizens will be given the opportunity to experience the excitement by enjoying the world-class matches of the Main Tournament and Exhibition Game.
