一個充滿動感設計的辦公室可令你更投入工作嗎? 我們剛為一個從事科技的客戶設計新辦公室，在洽談的過程中，我們除了了解客戶的工作需要，在設計概念上也會從他們的業務性質出發，注入一些獨特的元素，這次設計師希望給他打造一個極簡約兼帶點科幻的工作空間。以通透、流線型為主的設計，在工程上並不簡單，例如如何收藏一些結構上的支架、彎彎曲曲的玻璃間隔等，都成為我們的新挑戰。為配合整體裝潢，在會議區中擺放一張由我們設計的大型長枱，它的特別之處是偏頗一邊的支撐及曲線枱面。而大部份的牆身造設儲物櫃及灰色bench，盡量保留中間的活動空間。 Will you feel more enjoyable for working in a dymanic design office? We have just completed a new office design for our new client who is working for I.T business, in addition to understanding our client’s needs, we also consider the nature of their business before starting the design, therefore the designer wants to create a kind of science fiction with minimal workspace for him and his team. However for the construction, it was quite difficult to do with too much transparent and streamline furniture, and that became a new challenge to us. To match the overall design, we have designed a large meeting table with curve surface and its biased side support.

「多年來我們參加不同的本地及國際室內設計比賽，重要的是希望透過這些平台可以讓更加多人認識COMODO的設計風格及作品。這是我們首次參加SINGAPORE GOOD DESIGN MARK比賽，並再次憑COMODO TML office獲取國際評審的肯定，對於我及我的設計團隊在創作上是很大的鼓舞，同時希望有機會可發展更多於亞洲的設計項目。」設計師Alain欣然地說。 “We had participated in many local and international Interior Design competitions over the years, more important is to let more people recognize COMODO design style and work through these platforms. This is our first time to join SINGAPORE GOOD DESIGN MARK competition, we are honored to obtain international accreditation again with COMODO TML OFFICE, and which is given great encouragement for me and my team. 除了特式的示範單位,COMODO也為上海陽明花園設計它的售樓處。我們把洽談區設計成多個富私人空間的視覺,並間以數個由陽明花園標誌排列砌成的通透金色屏風作分隔,來營造賓至如歸的感覺。由挑選梳化、吊燈、茶凳等, 配合木條子及雲石裝潢,整個售樓處以中西瑰麗展示陽明花園項目的設計主題。 Apart from the special show flats, COMODO also designed the sales office of Parkview Garden in Shanghai. The meeting area is designed as multi private space and separated by partitions with Parkview Garden logo arrangement to welcome every guests. From the design and selection of each furniture pieces and decoration, this magnificent sales office presents the design theme in Parkview Garden project.

COMODO再為陽明花園設計兩個示範單位，它們對比之前的設計及佈置更貼近”住家”的感覺。在設計上我們較少談及天花部份，雖然它並不矚目，卻是在整體設計擔任重要的角色。當單位有先天不足例如樓底不高、多橫樑都可能成為安排燈、冷氣等的障礙，設計師就以假天花遮蔽橫樑，但保留示範單位原有天花作走廊及廚房射燈位置，四邊滲光，增加層次感。 COMODO designed another two showflats at Parkview Garden in Shanghai, which present more home feeling than others in previous. We are seldom to talk about the ceiling design, although it is not spectacular, it serves an important role in the whole design. Sometimes low ceiling and having many pillars can be an issue when it comes to arranging lights and air conditioners. To overcome this, the designer used a false ceiling to hide the pillars, while kept the original ceiling for the placement of lighting for corridor and kitchen. 早前君臨天下的單位，除了為戶主度身設計別具心思的陳列品櫃外，我們在設計中亦會考慮把人、室內空間、室外景色滆合在一起，使人通過在室內的活動中也可以看到屋外景色的變化，就如單位內飯廳牆壁裝上黑鏡面，黑鏡面一來在日光照射下不會太刺眼，二來在鏡面中把窗外景色反照出來，把維港景色帶進屋內。 A high-floor apartment we mentioned before is located near the sea, the living room is home to a large glass window, which offers panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. To bring the breathtaking scenery into the living space, the designer ingeniously put a black mirror in the dining room. A black mirror was chosen so that it is not piercing to the eyes when the room is filled with bright sunlight. COMODO將於初八(15/2)啟市，祝大家新春快樂！ COMODO will open on 15/2 and Happy Lunar New Year.

NOW TV為我們剛完成的新單位進行拍攝,設計師Alain亦接受訪問談及他的設計概念及顏色配搭。男戶主是模型及相機收藏愛好者,希望把家裝潢如陳列室,可隨時隨地欣賞他珍藏。此外,這單位以冷色調為主,訪問中Alain被問到「冷暖色應如何作出最好的平衡?」請留意稍後上載的NOW TV<樓市每日睇>或相片中尋找答案。 Now TV shooted for our new project, and Alain is also interviewed to talk about his design concept and color matching. The male house owner is a figures and camera collectors, so the apartment is designed like a showroom for displaying his range of collections. In addition, we used cool color in main tone,‘how to balance the cool and warm color in the best way?’ The reported asked. Stay tune with our updates to find out the answer.
