（波爾多Chateau La Rose Perriere金玫瑰） 一支在右岸Lussac saint emilion-路莎克聖美倫產區的小酒庄，多年前在右岸試酒會上偶遇她，便開始跟她約會🤤 ，葡萄比例是90%美樂和10%品霞珠，初次見面以為她是溫文爾雅，原來經深入認識後😎卻是外柔內剛，酒體是豐郁澎湃，並不是我們想像一般右岸美樂為主的那種輕柔風格。用上平均樹齡45以上，全人手採收，放在500升的法國橡木桶陳熟18個月，每年產量只有兩萬多瓶的小酒莊，在心底裡認為此酒質卻遠勝很多名庄的副牌。杯裡混著紅苺果醬，香料，皮革和橡木烤焙的氣息，做酒多年，買賣酒款有很多，留下深印像及自己願意喝的（賣酒人不愁沒好酒喝，性價比卻是主要因素能讓自己驚喜的），這款是其中之一，誠意推薦👍

Saint Emilion - L'Archange 大天使 為法國波爾多著名的夏杜奈家族（Chatonnet)所釀造. André Chatonnet為Saint Emilion 的”葡萄苗木之父”，其子Dr. Pascal Chatonnet不僅是位釀酒大師，同時也是世界知名的釀酒顧問專家。 Tasting Notes ：A very intense right bank Bordeaux that shows the beauty of Merlot with a stunning and beautiful aromas and flavours of redcurrant, blackcherry, fig, blueberry and showing some development of forest floor and elegant cedar, subtle and very toasty overtones. This wine is very concentrated on the palate but rounded and soft with fine grained tannin. At the end it has a very ripe black fruit and a very long after taste.
