Legal Name: SML Universe Limited Officially incorporated in 2011, SML Universe seeks to explore, research and develop user experiences using a synergetic 'both-brain' approach to problem solving. We believe that design and technology are inseparable forces behind successful interactive media, and we value collaborations with those who have passions spanning multiple disciplines.
The non-profit arm of SML Universe has an umbrella of community in our practicing areas: SML Fine Art, SML Graphic Design, SML Typography, SML Interaction Design, SML Information Visualization, etc. These communities are hosted on Flickr and their mission is to preserve the diversity of the fine art and design medium – be them small, medium or large. The dot-org branch utilizes social media influence to give a voice to those who might not have a voice and may not be covered by mainstream media often because of social bigotry.
